Private label & product sourcing

Your requirements, our sourcing expertise.

Buy a listed product, build your own brand, or hand us the delivery. Each route ends in the same place: a quotation that sets out the specification, the minimum order, the lead time and the scope of supply in writing.

Tell us what you need

  2. Packaging preferences
  3. Order quantity
  4. Destination

Built around your requirements

The product is only the beginning.

A useful quotation starts with the application. Where a product will be sold or used changes which format, origin and supply route make sense — and that is what we shape the offer around.

  • Product and grade — including the distinction between natural, processed and analogue cheese.
  • Origin — where the catalogue lists more than one, the choice affects pack type and availability.
  • Format and packaging — retail, foodservice, industrial or bulk where listed.
  • Quantity and frequency — which drives minimum order quantities and pricing.
  • Destination — country, city or port, and the delivery scope you prefer.

Private label

Products sourced for your brand.

If you are building a range under your own brand, we can coordinate private-label requirements with suitable supply partners — subject to product suitability, supplier capabilities, order volume and destination requirements.

Several catalogue lines are already listed in neutral or printed packs, in engraved wheels, or in retail and foodservice formats that lend themselves to a brand programme.

Beyond the catalogue

Our catalogue is a starting point.

If you need a different product, specification, origin or packaging format, share your requirements and we will assess suitable sourcing options.

How we work

From brief to confirmed supply.

Four stages, in this order. Nothing ships before a quotation has been agreed and the order confirmed.

  1. Share your requirements

Product, specification, quantity, packaging and destination — plus any private-label or documentation needs.

  2. Review suitable options

We come back with the products, origins and formats that fit the brief, and flag what is not workable.

  3. Confirm specifications and terms

Final specification, packaging, MOQ, lead time, delivery scope and payment terms are set out in the quotation.

  4. Coordinate supply and delivery

Once the order is confirmed we coordinate the supplier, documentation and the agreed delivery arrangements.

Who we work with

Built for professional buyers.

The website, the catalogue and the quotation process are set up for businesses buying at wholesale volumes, including:

  • Importers
  • Wholesale distributors
  • Foodservice distributors
  • Retail purchasing teams
  • Supermarket buyers
  • Hotels, restaurants & catering
  • Food manufacturers
  • Private-label brand owners

Buyer FAQ

Practical questions, answered.

All questions
Do you sell only the products shown?

No. The catalogue presents a selection of products we can currently source. Additional sourcing requests can be discussed and are assessed individually against product suitability, supplier capability, volume and destination.

Can you help with private label?

Private-label coordination can be discussed with suitable supply partners, depending on the product, packaging, volume and market requirements. Availability is confirmed per project rather than promised across the whole catalogue.

What is the minimum order?

Minimum order quantities vary by product, supplier, packaging and shipment requirements. We confirm the applicable minimum once we know the product, format and destination.

Can you arrange delivery?

Delivery options can be discussed for an agreed destination, subject to product and route feasibility. The delivery scope, Incoterm where applicable and freight responsibilities are set out in the quotation for each transaction.

Can I arrange my own transport?

Yes. Supply from an agreed origin, loading point or warehouse can be discussed where you prefer to arrange onward transport yourself.

Are prices shown online?

No. Formal quotations are prepared around your requirements. Pricing and commercial terms depend on product specifications, order volume, packaging requirements, origin, destination and the agreed delivery scope.
