Buyer FAQ
Practical questions, answered.
How sourcing, private label, quotations and delivery actually work here — including the things we deliberately do not promise in advance.
Do you sell only the products shown?
No. The catalogue presents a selection of products we can currently source. Additional sourcing requests can be discussed and are assessed individually against product suitability, supplier capability, volume and destination.
Can you help with private label?
Private-label coordination can be discussed with suitable supply partners, depending on the product, packaging, volume and market requirements. Availability is confirmed per project rather than promised across the whole catalogue.
What is the minimum order?
Minimum order quantities vary by product, supplier, packaging and shipment requirements. We confirm the applicable minimum once we know the product, format and destination.
Can you arrange delivery?
Delivery options can be discussed for an agreed destination, subject to product and route feasibility. The delivery scope, Incoterm where applicable and freight responsibilities are set out in the quotation for each transaction.
Can I arrange my own transport?
Yes. Supply from an agreed origin, loading point or warehouse can be discussed where you prefer to arrange onward transport yourself.
Are prices shown online?
No. Formal quotations are prepared around your requirements. Pricing and commercial terms depend on product specifications, order volume, packaging requirements, origin, destination and the agreed delivery scope.
Are the specifications on this website final?
The catalogue provides reference information. Final specifications and availability are confirmed with the quotation and the relevant product documentation.
Can you provide samples?
Sample availability, cost and shipping arrangements are confirmed case by case with the relevant supplier.
Can I request particular certificates or documents?
Tell us what your market requires. We will check availability and applicability with the relevant supplier rather than assume a document exists for every product.
What should I include in an inquiry?
Product, specification, quantity, packaging, destination, and any private-label or documentation requirements. The more of these you can share, the more focused the quotation will be.
How are payment terms agreed?
Payment terms are discussed and confirmed in the formal quotation and order documentation. They are not fixed in advance across products or buyers.
What lead time should I expect?
Lead times are confirmed according to the selected product and supply arrangements. They depend on origin, production or harvest schedules, packaging requirements and the agreed route.
Still not covered? Send the question to our commercial team with the product and destination in mind and you will get a specific answer rather than a general one.
